She engagingly describes a man and woman who leave comfortable lives behind to pursue their dream of advancing ecological causes. Must have!!!!!!!!!. "A" doesn't always have to stand for "apple," especially when dealing with older children who haven't mastered the alphabet yet. Each "lesson" is just two pages with good graphics and takes about 20 minutes of your time. . I did not like this book at all. I purchased this in June 2006. The author makes it a point to note that it was his favorite horse - are we to believe that this was an act of generosity or self-sacrifice? Moses Carver regained his slave (a human farm worker) whose economic value was much greater (to him and in the plantation economy) than his horse. Everyone in the family suffers (read about the son!) in their own way. But this is the book that will help you go from theoretical to practical, and that's worth its weight in gold.
