Would highly recommend for someone with dementia. Those who do not have a basic understanding of accounting will find it hard to follow the book since authors did not spend time to explain concepts for a novice reader.. The book I received was a pirated copy of some sort. This book is full of clever, creative methods, case studies, and ideas that will serve as a valuable guide for anyone interested in developing workplace learning and performance.. It is very well written and paced wonderfully. Later interviews lead the well-prepared servants to expound with literary quotations borrowed from famous authors.
