I found this book very diverse and rich. She understands that not all employees are alike, nor are all ready for development, and she details tips and strategies for engaging employees in their development at all developmental levels. There are few indepth publications on American sculpture's and the process they embrace when working from the line on the page to the actualthree dimmensional structure. Each person's work is a product of something more than just how they hold a tool, and Brett leaves plenty of room for you to peer into someone's process without insisting it is the only acceptable process.
