Overall, this is a well written, thoroughly documented, and fascinating study. The hopelessness is felt here, each line, each page. It is well written with examples for every technique discussed and lots of exercises at the end of each chapter. But there are times that it comes in SO handy while reading your latest birding magazine, or when someone asks you a question you simply don't know the answer to.
If you can track this down, it's well worth having!. His body-centered approach to psychology is very humane and grounded in being a good husband, responsible neighbor and all around nice guy with clear boundaries.. I also greatly appreciated Kim's views on foods, diet, supplements and her other recommendations. If I am not mistaken his rediscovery of these truths actually preceeded Jung's.
