"The One Man" is as forceful a work of historical fiction as you will ever read. But you have the advantage in the end.
The book is basically in two parts. I enjoyed their relationship in the beginning, but half way through I wanted Danika to get out of it because it was only bringing her down. Some of you will have a problem with the cheating aspect in the book, which normally I do. I could feel Will's stress as my own as the lies he felt he needed to tell to keep his plan in place made everything more and more complicated and stressful. I felt like having a cigarette when the last page turned and I don't smoke.
It is now morning and I am due at work. This book is a great summary of the major topics and explains them in an easy to understand way. Great for the beginners and the experienced meditation practitioners!. Great for those hesitant students who need something to
