This book shows by example how to solve complex scientific problems with programs that run on high-performance computers. Combining case studies from a variety of problem domains, written by experts in those domains, it shows how to map or transform an abstract problem into concrete solutions that execute rapidly and efficiently on available high-performance hardware. Each chapter describes some technical or engineering problem to which computers are commonly applied, then leads readers through the choice and development of appropriate algorithms and through an evaluation of resulting implementations. Although each chapter centers on a single application area, they all focus on general techniques useful for any area rather than on application-specific details. Students should have some programming experience in a language like FORTRAN or C, and some familiarity with computing issues involved in scientific problems; but no expertise in parallel computing is required. 0201598302B04062001

They say what is happening in each page and have it memorized, but they still ask for this one to be read over and over. My husband is currently deployed to Iraq. It looks ridiculous.. Was very helpful in preparing to work on a tugboat. I think Kathleen does a great job presenting the latest research on how couples behave financially and how advisors should be prepared to effectively work with them, then offers useful exercises to help advisors fine-tune their client relationship skills. For example, "Working with templates has always been rewarding because it allows you to capture the design that you want in an effortless manner more so when you know how to work at them." Seriously, it really says that. thank you so much and i recommend it a lot, you should buy it quickly you are going to enjoy it. The supporting characters are especially vibrant, and add depth to this heartwarming modern day fairytale.
