Charles Petzold wrote the classic Programming Windows®, which is currently in its fifth edition and one of the best-known and widely used programming books of all time. He was honored in 1994 with the Windows Pioneer Award, presented by Microsoft® founder Bill Gates and Windows Magazine. He has been programming with Windows since first obtaining a beta Windows 1.0 SDK in the spring of 1985, and he wrote the very first magazine article on Windows programming in 1986. The far as the illustrations are concerned, the book is wonderful with lots of colors and pictures all throughout. I purchased the book because I love to read stories
about people who have overcome impossible odds to become successful business people.
But I am also a 20th century history buff and therefore, this
book was an exceptional treat. Kristi, is such an beautiful energetic inspiration. This is a very useful book for any pianist who would like to play the beautiful pieces by this exceptional harpist. The fact that nearly all wounds can be immediately healed with the water makes the fighting even more abstract, which is too bad, because the potential was there for some highly original fight scenes.
